Processing & Dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
If an unexpected delay affects dispatch, we will contact you with an update.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs depend on the buyer’s location and the delivery service selected.
As a guide, estimated shipping costs are:
Economy shipping: approximately €5–6.
Standard shipping: approximately €15.
These prices are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, parcel size and weight. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Any delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays or customs clearance.
Careful Packaging
We select packaging to suit each item’s size, materials and condition. Medals, ribbons, original cases and accompanying documents are protected to minimise movement and avoid unnecessary pressure during transport.
Delivery Problems
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us with your order reference so we can investigate.
If you notice damage, please keep the item and packaging and, where possible, take photographs of both. This will help us understand what happened and assist with any carrier enquiry.
